About our products

It depends on the format. Here are the exact numbers, so you can pick the right size for you:

- Glass jar 120 ml — 100 g wax, ≈ 22 h burn time
- Glass jar 180 ml — 130 g wax, ≈ 30 h burn time
- Metal tin 100 ml — 90 g wax, ≈ 20 h burn time
- Metal tin 200 ml — 190 g wax, ≈ 40 h burn time
- Glass jar 300 ml — 220 g wax, ≈ 50 h burn time

A well-cared-for candle burns evenly from first light to last,  because we've spent 21 years learning how to make wax behave the way it should.

Nothing is wrong, it's a sign of vegetable wax. We work with our own recipes, and we use different wax blends depending on the fragrance, because not every scent performs the same way in every wax.

Vegetable wax can sometimes develop a slightly "frosty" or "cheesy" look between burns, that's not damage, it's simply how vegetable wax behaves. Small surface variations can also depend on room temperature or how the wax cooled , none of it affects the fragrance or the burn.

"Natural" is one of the most used  and least defined words in product marketing. We'd rather be direct, with facts instead of labels.

We work with our own proprietary recipes, not just one, but several, using vegetable waxes or blends with mineral wax, depending on what each fragrance needs. To be precise: the only truly 100% natural wax is beeswax, which we don't use.

What we do use is certified ingredients sourced from top suppliers in the fragrance industry, and every scent in our portfolio holds its own certifications, that matters to us as much as how it smells. Our room fragrances use a plant-based, alcohol-free base.

We don't sell "100% natural" stories where they don't apply. We sell verifiable quality and a fragrance you can actually feel in the room.

Our candles smell good both lit and unlit. Unlit, you mostly notice the top notes, the first and lightest ones. Once lit, the heat brings out the heart and base notes, warmer and more complex.

The two moments complement each other, that's exactly how our fragrances are built.

On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges, this prevents tunnelling. If you only burn it for 20-30 minutes at a time, a tunnel will form after one or two burns and can't be fixed afterward, this happens with any candle, regardless of brand. Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, or simply snap off the burnt tip with your fingers. The rest takes care of itself.

An unlit candle is a beautiful object. A lit one is an experience. They're made to be used, the vessel stays beautiful throughout its life, and once the wax is gone, it can be cleaned and reused. Don't keep it on the shelf. Light it.

Choosing your scent

Same fragrance story, different formats for different moments: the candle brings ritual and light, the room diffuser works quietly in the background all day, the spray is for a quick gesture, the miniwax is for small spaces (drawers, wardrobes), and the car diffuser is for the moments in between. You choose based on space, not preference, the same mood can live in several forms.

We've been making home fragrances for 7 years, and the difference from many brands is simple: our products actually smell , not just on the label or in the shop, but in your space, day after day.

Start with Opulence, our bestseller, if you love a fruity-floral scent with a slightly tangy, intriguing edge. If you're drawn to woody notes, try Havana or Provocateur. For something more oriental, go for Embraced or 1001.

If you're not sure what you like, or you'd rather play it safe, the sample pack is the easiest way, in ten of our top scents in one go.

Shipping

Delivery takes 2-3 business days for products in stock, except during legal holidays, national days off (when courier volumes spike) or Black Friday.

Yes. Our wax formula is well-balanced and holds up well in transit. The one exception: when temperatures go above 32°C, we avoid shipping on Thursdays, so your order doesn't sit in a courier warehouse over the weekend. Your candle still leaves on time, just not on a day that would leave it waiting in the heat.

Returns

Yes, see our return policy for full details. Beyond our legal obligations, we want every customer to have a good experience with our brand. Reach out to us with confidence, and we'll find a solution together.
