Geta Ungurean and the Art of Creating Experiences That Last
Some people don’t simply organise events, they create worlds. Geta Ungurean is one of those rare creators who has elevated wedding planning to the level of a complete experience, one that begins with emotion and ends as an unforgettable memory.
At the end of November 2025, Geta Ungurean hosted an intensive wedding planning course designed for a select group of high-level participants. This was not a conventional course. It was a space for clarity, refinement, and genuine connection, built with the same attention to detail that defines her events.
Over the course of three days, the program unfolded like a carefully written story about what it truly means to create memorable events. From reconnecting with one’s own energy to behind-the-scenes organisational tools, from space and gastronomy to styling, décor, music, photography, videography, and full sensory experience, each module added depth and perspective.
The invited speakers, all respected professionals in their fields, brought more than information. They shared lived experience, vision, and authenticity. The conversations were about meaning rather than trends, about emotion rather than surface aesthetics. Each day flowed naturally into the next, forming a coherent whole: events that endure are those created with intention.

One of the moments that beautifully tied this universe together was a networking dinner, imagined in a Jungle-Style concept: lush, organic, intense, yet elegant. It was an atmosphere where space, light, scent, and conversation worked together without competing. A setting where ideas flowed naturally and connections were formed with ease.
Within this context, we had the opportunity to speak not only about candles as decorative objects, but about the role of scent and fragrance in our lives about how our senses influence emotions, memory, and well-being. About scent as an invisible language, present in our most intimate moments, capable of transforming a simple dinner into a lasting memory.

We also shared insights from Odorable’s recent market research in Romania, exploring the real reasons people choose to use fragrances in their homes. Not simply because they “smell nice,” but because scent creates a feeling of safety, of home, of personal space, of pause from the outside world. Because fragrance becomes a ritual, an emotional anchor, and an invisible signature of a place.
In this setting, the personalised candles created for the Jungle evening were not mere decorative elements. They were part of the story. Every detail was carefully considered to support the atmosphere rather than dominate it. Each candle carried a message deeply connected to our brand philosophy: “Wild dreams. Real stories.” A tagline that resonated perfectly with the energy of the evening, freedom, creativity, imagination, grounded in reality, authenticity, and human stories.
For Odorable, being part of such a project felt entirely natural. We believe in experiences created with intention, in details that tell stories, in objects that go beyond beauty and carry meaning. Often, the difference between a well-organised event and a truly memorable one lies in the smallest details, a warm light, a carefully chosen scent, a subtle element that stays with you long after the event ends.

The course curated by Geta Ungurean was not only about wedding planning. It was about clarity, direction, and the courage to create events that tell real stories. About community, connection, and the responsibility of crafting experiences that live on in people’s memories and emotions.
And sometimes, it all begins just like this: with a thoughtfully designed evening, people who speak the same language of quality, and a soft, discreet light, lit at exactly the right moment.
