The website sana-candles.ro (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is managed by SANA EMOTIONS S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Simeria St., no. 12, ap. 3, VAT: 43690524, Trade Register No.: J12/596/2021.
The individual or legal entity that orders and purchases products via the site is called the “Client.”
Any person who visits the website is referred to as the “User.”
Photographs, texts, graphics, images, videos, technical data, and any information on the site in any format are hereinafter referred to as the “Content.”
The order form/electronic document that serves as a communication method between the Company and the Client and through which the Client expresses the intention to purchase certain products is referred to as the “Order.”
The order confirmed by the Company, through which the Company agrees to sell and deliver the Products and Services, and the Client agrees to buy, receive, and pay for them, is referred to as the “Contract.”
Public or private entities providing courier services are referred to as the “Courier.”

All products on www.sana-candles.ro are handmade. Thus, slight variations in shade may exist compared to product images. If accessories shown are unavailable, the Company may replace them with equivalent ones in style and value.

Products are presented in original packaging, and differences may exist between photos and actual products.
Orders are fulfilled based on stock availability. Products must be used and stored as suggested on the site. The Client is solely responsible for misuse.

8. Product Pricing

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery fees.
Free shipping applies to orders over 300 RON. Orders under this amount are charged 20 RON within the courier's service area. Outside this area, extra charges may apply. Clients will be informed in advance.

9. Ordering

By placing an Order, the Client guarantees the accuracy of the provided data.
The Company is not liable for delivery delays due to incorrect information.
All re-shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility.
The Client agrees to be contacted to confirm the order.
The sale contract is considered concluded once the delivery is signed for.

The Company may reject an order in the following cases:

  • The product cannot be produced

  • Online transaction failure

  • Bank card not accepted

  • Incomplete/incorrect data

  • Client activity harmful to the site

  • Consecutive failed deliveries

  • Suspicious or fraudulent payment methods

Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Placing an order implies acceptance of terms, prices, and delivery costs.

10. Delivery

Delivery Time

Products in stock are delivered in 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock products may take longer, with prior agreement.

Delivery in Romania

Delivery is via courier. Two delivery attempts are made. If unsuccessful, the order is returned and cancelled. The Client covers re-delivery costs.
Responsibility passes to the Client once the product is handed over to the courier.

International Delivery

International deliveries take 4–7 business days. Clients must request a quote via office@sana-candles.ro, providing the delivery postal code.

10.1 Delivery Conditions

Client identity must be verified upon delivery.
If delivery is made to the workplace, the Client must ensure access.
The courier will call before delivery. Clients must be present at the delivery address and time.

10.2 Product Receipt

Clients must sign the delivery note (AWB), which includes product details and price.
Products must be checked upon delivery. Issues must be noted in writing on the delivery note.
Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery by email to office@sana-candles.ro with a photo.
The Company is not liable for damage caused by courier mishandling. If the package is damaged, refuse it and notify the Company.

10.3 Delivery Delays

The Company will notify the Client in case of delays.
Clients should contact the courier using the AWB number for solutions.
Delays exceeding 3 business days may result in order cancellation.

11. Payment Methods

The price, payment method, and due date are specified in the Order.
Invoices are issued after payment details are provided by the Client.
Payment methods include:

  • Online card payment (3D Secure recommended)

  • Cash on delivery (COD)

  • Bank transfer (delivery after confirmation)

12. Returns

Clients can return products within 14 calendar days, as per OUG no. 34/2014.
Notify the Company via email (office@sana-candles.ro) or phone.
Return address: Traian Vuia St., no. 210, Napocom building, Cluj-Napoca.
Return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 14 days via bank transfer.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in original condition

  • Use the same courier service

  • Include original labels and documents

  • Include any gifts/accessories

  • Only one product of the same type may be opened

  • No signs of wear, unauthorized alterations, or missing items allowed

12.1 Cancelled Return Requests

May occur if:

  • Client changed their mind

  • Courier was unable to contact the Client

13. Privacy Policy

15. Personal Information

21. Final Provisions

If any clause is invalid, it does not affect the rest.
